We want to make your transition to HostBaby as smooooth as possible: No downtime, No email loss, no headache.
Which one of the following applies to you?
I have a website that I want to move to HostBaby (as is)
No Problem!
1. Sign up at http://hostbaby.com. Choose "Full/Expert Account"
Don't wiorry this wont affect your current site.
2. Send an email to hostbaby@hostbaby.com with the FTP login for your current website so we can copy the files. We'll need the Server name, username and password. Also, let us know any special instructions regarding the directory location of the site and if there is a database that also needs to be moved. (We'll need the database login information to transfer a database)
3. Once we have uploaded your site, we'll send you instructions on how to change your DNS (Domain Name Servers) to point to us.
However, there are a few things to consider before changing your DNS! If you have Email hosted with your current host, those addresses will shut down during your DNS change. We've created a general "check list" of things to watch out for before you change your DNS:

So, be sure to make sure you're set for this move before you make it! If you have any questions or concerns about changing your DNS to host with us, don't hesitate to ask!
NOTE: Don't cancel your old hosting until 48 hours after the DNS change. This will insure that there is no downtime for your users.
I have a website but I want to use your amazing Wizard tools to build a new site
We know you're going to love the Wizard. You can update your site any time of day or night without calling on a developer. Yay!
Here's how to get started:
1. Sign up at HostBaby.com Choose "Wizard Account" (Don't worry, we wont try to purchase your domain name if you already own it).
2. We'll set you up with a Wizard site and a Pre-DNS login. This means you can work on your site in the background without disturnbing the site you currently have online.
3. When you have gotten your Wizard site to a point where you're ready to unveil it, let us know, we'll send you instructions on how to change DNS (Domain Name Servers) so your website is pointing to our servers.
