Can you renew my domain for me each year?

The short answer is: YES! But there are two scenarios:

1) We Registered Your Domain

If we register your domain name for you, we absolutely renew it for you each year.

We put your domain on Auto-Renew by default, which means it will automatically renew one month before its expiration date. We do this so you don't miss an email and accidentally let your domain expire. :)

Domain registration and renewal is $11.99/year, which is billed in addition to your regular hosting fee.

If you don't want your domain to renew, be sure to let us know in enough time to turn your auto-renew off.

Important Note for folks who already own their domain: We do not automatically become your registrar when you sign up for hosting. If you registered your domain somewhere else, then you will need to transfer the management of your domain to us in order for us to register it. This is a multi-step process that requires your involvement. :)

2) You Already Own Your Domain

If you'd like to transfer the management of your domain to us so we can renew it for you, you will need to take follow these instructions on how to transfer your domain to us.

NOTE Transferring a domain can take about 7 days to process, so keep that in mind; especially if your domain is going to expire soon!
