How to Use Groups in the Wizard

Intro
Grouping is a powerful feature of the wizard. It allows you to list songs by album, photos by event, or reviews by song or CD... or whatever your heart desires!
In this example, we will be talking about how to use the grouping feature in the Photo Gallery so you can group your images by categories of your choosing, and so you can minimize load time by closing large groups of images.
Closing groups allows the user to click on your group title to open a *new* page with *only* that group's photos on it. This is an ideal way to organize your page content if you have a lot of it.
So what we're going to do now is show you how to make Groups!
Login to the Wizard
Go to http://yourdomain.com/hostbaby2/ (replacing yourdomain.com with your actual domain.) Log in Click on Website, then Photo Gallery.
Making A Group
This tutorial assumes you've already added at least one image into your Photo Gallery. If you haven't, please do so now so you can follow along. :)
From your main Photo Gallery page, you should see something similar to this:
1. To make a group with a few of these images, type in the name of your new group in the box that says "make a new group" and click GO.
2. Then click the check box next to the images you want to add to your group.
3. Use the drop down menu to select the new group from the drop down menu and click "Go"
That's it. You can also use 'drag and drop' functionality to move images between groups.
Hint: If you want to change the name of a group, click on the pencil icon beside the group and type in whatever you like.
Collapsing a Group
You can use the "+" and "-" next to each group name to collapse or open a group. Collapseing a group will turn the group name into a link on your site and visitors will need to click on the link to see the groups contents. This is helpful if your page has a lot of content.
In the example below, Note how the image is visible beneath the group name. Now if we wanted to *close* the group so that only the group name was visible and the user had to click on the group name to see its images, we would click on the minus sign next to the open group title, and that would close the group. Clicking on the plus sign of a closed group, will expand it to an open group. See below:
Now, on preview, you will see only the group title, which is now a link to a separate page where that group's images will show:
And there you go! That's grouping. You can make as many groups as you like, and our recommendation is no more than 15-20 images in each group to save on load time. :)
