SPAM! How to adjust your settings in Spam Assassin

Spammers got you down? Is your inbox full and bloated with unwanted junk mail?

You can alter the amount of spam you are getting in your webmail account with our handy-dandy Spam Assassin, which is a tool you have access to (yay!)

Just go to www.yourdomain.com/spam

login and lower the spam setting from 7.5 to say 6.5

This will increase the amount of SPAM that gets caught. Careful though, This will also make it more likely that a real email gets marked as SPAM so it's good to add your trusted contact list to the 'white list' also found in your SpamAssassin control panel

You also have the option to put suspect email addresses on the 'black list' so you don't get emails from those addresses anymore.

There is also an option at the bottom of the page that will allow you to send your spam into a spam folder so it doesn't get mixed in with your real mail.
